Kelly C. Holloway

Kelly C. Holloway has spent her entire career practicing law in Athens, Georgia. Kelly provides estate planning and related legal services to clients of all ages, with a focus on the needs of older and disabled individuals and their families. Kelly's practice includes estate planning, long-term care and Medicaid planning, VA planning, guardianship and conservatorship services, probate administration, trust administration, and special needs planning.

Jeffrey W. DeLoach

Jeffrey W. DeLoach has spent his entire career practicing law in Athens, Georgia. Jeff is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on business litigation, significant personal injury, wrongful death, eminent domain, real estate litigation, and other complex civil litigation. Jeff has extensive trial, arbitration, and appellate experience.

Adam L. Hoipkemier

Adam L. Hoipkemier is a trial lawyer specializing in representing plaintiffs in class actions, business torts, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and other complex litigation.

David Quilliams

David has 15 years of legal experience in the Atlanta-Athens area. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Georgia in Rockdale, Newton, and Barrow counties. David has extensive trial and litigation experience involving felonies and misdemeanors, including juvenile matters, traffic offenses, drug cases, domestic violence, theft, obstruction, DUI, vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle, arson, and other major felony cases. David now focuses that experience towards obtaining favorable results for his clients. In addition to criminal defense, David’s practice includes criminal appeals, family law, and other areas of general civil litigation.

J. Edward Allen

J. Edward Allen, of counsel, is a trial lawyer who has been practicing in Athens, Georgia for over 40 years. Ed’s practice focuses on serious personal injury, torts, commercial/business litigation, condemnation/eminent domain, and domestic litigation. Ed is also certified in mediation and arbitration. With his extensive trial and appellate experience for both plaintiffs and defendants over 43 years of practice, Ed will seek to grow his practice serving in the role of mediator.
