Luke is an associate attorney at the firm, where his practice focuses on business litigation, complex civil litigation, zoning, and constitutional law. He is admitted to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Luke is particularly passionate about holding government officials accountable and advocating for transparency and fairness in government. He has successfully represented clients in the Georgia Court of Appeals, securing reversals of adverse trial court decisions through the appellate process.

He earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and also holds a Master of Public Administration from UGA’s School of Public and International Affairs. During law school, he served as Executive Online Editor of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property. He also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Georgia prior to attending law school.
