Jeff DeLoach is a trial attorney and founding partner of Epps, Holloway, DeLoach and Hoipkemier, LLC. Jeff’s practice focuses on business and commercial disputes, personal injury, real estate litigation, franchise litigation, torts, and eminent domain. Jeff has an AV-Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyer-Rising Star” for four consecutive years.
Jeff has significant trial, arbitration and appellate experience. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in Georgia Superior Courts and has handled a variety of arbitration matters. In addition to his trial and arbitration experience, Jeff has represented clients in various matters in the Georgia Court of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Jeff earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Mock Trial Executive Board. Prior to law school, Jeff earned his B.A, cum laude, from Furman University, where he was a four-year letterman on the Men’s Golf Team and co-captain his senior year. Jeff is a member of the National Order of the Barristers and Phi Kappa Phi.
Jeff DeLoach is admitted to practice before all state trial and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia and is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association.
