Claire is an associate attorney with Epps, Holloway, DeLoach & Hoipkemier, LLC, and focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, guardianship and conservatorship matters, estate administration, and general civil litigation. She is admitted to practice law in all trial courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Claire received her law degree from the University of Georgia. While in law school, Claire served as the Chief Justice of the Honor Court, Executive Conference Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and Vice President of the Moot Court Executive Board. In 2022, Claire was a part of the winning “Best Team” at the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition. Claire also served as a student prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia under the Third Year Practice Act.

Before law school, Claire obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Religion, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia, earning her the distinction of “Double-Dawg.” Originally hailing from southeast Georgia, Claire is a proud Athenian through and through.
