Tyler Gaines
Associate
Tyler is an associate litigator with the firm and focuses his practice primarily on commercial, real estate, and complex litigation. He is admitted to practice law in all trial and appellate courts of Georgia. Tyler received his law degree from the University of Georgia. While in law school, Tyler served as the Executive Articles Editor for Volume 55 of the Georgia Law Review. Prior to serving on the Executive Board, his article, The Georgia Condominium Act’s Authorization of Private Takings: Revisiting Kelo and “Bitter with the Sweet,“ was selected for publication. 55 Ga. L. Rev. 395 (2021).
Before law school, Tyler achieved his Bachelor in Science degree from Reinhardt University, where he played baseball and majored in Sociology. In his last year of college, Tyler served as a Senate Aide to Rules Chairman Jeff Mullis. When out of the office, Tyler enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with his dog, Roxy.
