Kelly Holloway has 21 years of experience practicing law in the Athens area. She is a founding partner of Epps, Holloway, DeLoach & Hoipkemier, LLC. Prior to opening her own firm, Kelly practiced estate planning and elder law at Fortson, Bentley and Griffin, for 17 years. Kelly’s practice is focused on estate planning, estate administration, elder law and veteran’s benefits. Kelly is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association where she has served as Treasurer for 10 years.
Kelly Holloway graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999. She received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Berry College in 1992 and her master’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia in 1995.
Kelly has served on the boards for numerous local non-profit organizations. Currently she is on the board and is secretary of the Athens Area Community Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Athens Community Council on Aging. She is also on the Planned Giving Council for her alma mater, Berry College.
Kelly’s hobbies include traveling, watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.
